Covid-19 Safety Precautions

Quality Car Service are currently open for business on reduced staffing levels to help you make essential journeys by providing key services that will keep you moving at this critical time.
The health and well-being of our colleagues and customers is our number one priority. We have revaluated all our working processes to make sure we are following the advice provided by the government.

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, our reception is closed. We are currently operating a contactless drop-off service.
This will be discussed with you at the time of booking.

What are we doing to help stop the spread of Covid-19?

  • No cash or card payments accepted in person – All payments must be made over the phone or online. No cash or card payments will be accepted in person.
  • Cleaning – continue to be stringent around cleaning regimes with increased attention on those areas touched regularly by team members.
    All vehicles worked on will be disinfected before and after being worked on in the common touch points (gear stick, steering wheel, door handles, key, etc)
    All work areas will be cleaned and disinfected at the start of every day.
  • Hygiene – Gloves will always be worn, and a new pair will be used between each car worked on.
    Shared equipment will be disinfected before every use.
  • Contact – Following the governments advice, we are being extra vigilant on personal space and exercising social distancing as much as possible.

Each staff member has their own designated work area which is are at least 2 metres apart from each other. Please be aware the changes we have introduced have been carefully considered and have only been made to limit the exposure of our staff and customers to COVID-19. We appreciate your understanding in these unprecedented times.
